Polidocanol

Beschreibung Polidocanol (Thesit) ist ein nichtionisches Detergenz. Tehsit ist „ein Gemisch von Ethern verschiedener Macrogole mit Fettalkoholen, hauptsächlich Laurylalkohol“ [1].  Es besitzt oberflächenaktive Eigenschaften und findet Anwendung als Emulgator. Polidocanol wirkt lokalanästhetisch, juckreizstillend (Antipruriginosum) und resorbtionsfördernd. Die juckreizstillende Wirkung kann bis zu 4h anhalten.
